HealthSonix Medical Refund and Cancellation Policy

All medical products offered by HealthSonix carry a 30 day conditional money-back guarantee, unless otherwise specified. If you are not satisfied with any product purchased, you may return it at your expense within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Inventory clearance or close out items, however, do NOT have a money back guarantee: all sales are final on these items.

 

Product Return Policy

  • Medical devices: all medical devices can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the devices are in good condition, and are subject to a full purchase price refund – exclusive of the original shipping charges.
    In situations where the storage rules were not followed or when the base control unit, electrical adaptor, or wires are physically damaged, repairs will be completed at the owner’s expense. HealthSonix will not accept responsibility for damage to the base control unit as a result of water or other liquid damage, physical abuse, or if the base control unit has been opened.
  • ZingiberRx: HealthSonix accepts Returns for opened and unopened products if not completely satisfied. Although there could be free shipping on some orders and some promotions, the actual shipping charges which have incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds/credits issued.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable!

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees, and a 10% restocking fee. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility.
All order are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees:

  • If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will not be assessed a cancellation fee before credit is issued.
  • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including the return fee and our incurred shipping fee.

Fraudulent Chargeback Policy

The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be “myArthritisStore.com”. If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If you do not remember making the purchase – call the number on your statement next to the charge BEFORE calling your bank.

We log IP strings on all orders – any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
